About Dr. Bouchard

My name is Dr. Leanne Bouchard, and I am the founder of Everpaw!

As a veterinarian, I have had the privilege of caring for pets and their families throughout every stage of life. Over the years, I have come to appreciate that one of the most important gifts we can give our beloved companions is a peaceful, dignified goodbye when the time comes.

I earned my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2019 and have spent my career providing compassionate care to dogs and cats in both general practice and urgent care settings throughout North Carolina and Colorado. While I have always enjoyed helping pets feel better, I found myself especially drawn to supporting families during difficult end-of-life decisions.

I created Everpaw because I believe every pet deserves to be surrounded by comfort, familiarity, and love during their final moments. My goal is to make this experience as gentle and peaceful as possible while providing guidance, compassion, and support for the families who love them.

When you invite me into your home, you can expect patience, kindness, and a personalized experience centered around your pet and family's needs. It is an honor to help families celebrate the lives of their cherished companions and provide a loving farewell that reflects the bond they shared.

My Promise

As both a veterinarian and a mother, I understand how deeply we love and care for those who depend on us. My mission is to help families honor that bond with a peaceful and compassionate farewell.

My promise is to provide:

  • Compassion first

  • No rushed appointments

  • Respect for every family and pet

  • Gentle handling and comfort-focused care

  • Support before, during, and after the appointment
